This page explains which personal data we process when you visit 81ad.ba or write to us, why we do so and which rights you have.

1. Who is responsible

2. Which data we process and why

  1. Visiting the website: on every access, the server and network services (Cloudflare and the platform that hosts the website) record technical data such as IP address, time of access, browser and requested page. This is necessary to display the site, for security and for stable operation.
  2. Contact form: the name, e-mail, phone number (optional), project type and message you enter. We use them solely to answer your enquiry. The data is stored in the website database, and the studio receives an internal notification about the enquiry.
  3. Chat assistant: messages you write to the virtual assistant are processed with the help of an AI service to generate a reply. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat.
  4. E-mail: if you write to us, we keep your message and our correspondence.
  5. Analytics: to measure visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies to track individuals, and the platform also records page view counts.

3. Cookies and local storage

The website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Your browser may store technically necessary data required for the site to work, for example a session token of the platform.

4. Legal basis

We process data in accordance with the personal data protection laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): based on our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website and in order to act on your enquiry before a possible collaboration.

5. Recipients and data transfers

Data is processed by our technical service providers: the platform that hosts the website, Cloudflare, the e-mail provider and the AI service provider for the chat assistant. Some of them may process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Union. We do not sell data.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry and any collaboration, or as legal obligations require. You can request deletion at any time at info@81ad.ba.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. To exercise your rights, write to info@81ad.ba. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in Bosnia and Herzegovina the Personal Data Protection Agency of BiH, or the supervisory authority in your country.
