Many of our clients live in Germany, Austria or Switzerland while the house or apartment is in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We work so that you do not have to be on site all the time: conversations and presentations happen by video call, and we oversee the construction in Bosnia and coordinate with the contractors.

Sarajevo is in the same time zone as Germany, Austria and Switzerland, so video calls are easy to schedule. We speak Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian, English or German.

How the collaboration works, step by step

  1. First video call: your vision, budget framework, timeline and the condition of the property.
  2. Review of the property: photos, video, existing plans and measurements; where needed we inspect the property on site.
  3. Concept: mood boards, spatial planning and 3D visualizations, so you see the result before construction starts.
  4. Technical design: detailed drawings, material specifications and BIM documentation.
  5. Execution: oversight of construction and coordination with contractors; we keep you updated on progress by video calls and photos.

What we need from you

  1. Location and a short description of the property (house, apartment, commercial space).
  2. Photos and videos, plus existing plans if you have them.
  3. Your wishes, an approximate budget and the desired timeline.
  4. A contact person in Bosnia, if someone needs to open the property during the works.

Do I have to be present in Bosnia during the project?

Not necessarily. Most conversations, presentations and decisions happen by video call, and we oversee the construction. Visiting the site is useful, but you plan it according to your own possibilities.

How can I follow the progress from Germany, Austria or Switzerland?

Through regular video calls and photos from the site. We agree together how often you want to be updated.

Can I see what the building will look like before work starts?

Yes. In the concept phase we prepare mood boards and 3D visualizations that you can review and comment on in a video call.

What does working together from abroad cost?

The cost depends on the size of the building, the scope of services and the project phase. After an initial conversation and a short project description we prepare a quote.

Which languages do you communicate in?

In Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian, English and German.
