Architect in Sarajevo: design of houses, apartments and commercial spaces

81AD is an architecture studio in Sarajevo, founded in 2012. We design new builds and renovations, from the first concept to construction, for clients in Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad.

What we do

  1. Architectural design for new builds and renovations
  2. Spatial planning for apartments, houses and commercial spaces
  3. Technical design with detailed drawings and BIM documentation
  4. Oversight of construction and coordination with contractors

How we work

We start with a conversation about your vision, your needs and the space. Concept development with mood boards and 3D visualizations, technical design and execution follow. Every project is tailor-made, without templates, and we build energy efficiency and sustainability into every decision.

Who we work for

For private clients in Sarajevo and throughout Bosnia, for business clients and for diaspora families who build or renovate in their home country. Meetings can also be held by video call, in Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian, English or German.
